Is the registration fee valid per any number of installations?
If I get a registered key (to get rid of the message), can I reuse it in multiple servers? I am pretty sure the answer is yes, but need to double check.

Yes, you can use your registration key on every machine you have access to.
In short, you can treat it as a much relaxed site license.
