i just got the telnet server and when i edit any of the batch files it doesn't work i don't know what is goin on it says the please regester and the deley for 5 seconds, pauses then quits HELP ME!!!!!

You do not need to edit the batch files, KTS will work as configured out of the box.
Just uninstall KTS and then reinstall it and it should work fine.
