My kts-log shows the following:

7756 : 7404 2013-12- 2 17:10: 4 440 : 0: ssh info: Remote system closed last remaining SSH channel
7756 : 7404 2013-12- 2 17:10: 4 441 : 0: sftp end session
7756 : 7912 2013-12- 2 17:10: 4 443 : 0: session.exe end
I am using Openssh on the client machine. Why am I receiving the error "Remote system closed last remaining SSH channel, and how can I fix/troubleshoot it?
