I've setup the KpyM ssh server v1.19c on a windows 7 system.
This is a standalone system not part of a domain.
When I transfer files from another system using WinSCP 5.1.3 the transfer occurs successfully but then an error comes up about setting permissions and/or timestamp. And advising to turn on the "ignore permissions errors" option. Turning on this option though makes no difference.
Further information provided on the error is

Error code: 8
Error message from server:
Request code: 9
"
It looks like the latest version of WinSCP 5.1.4 also gives the same error.
