New connections are not accepted by KTS. However, existing connections are working fine and are able to do all the operations without any issues. When we restart the KTS Service, everything works fine.
Can I know what exactly happening? Below are the details of the configuration and the logs.
System: Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2.
Intel (R) Xeon (R) CPU @ 1.87 GHz
1.86 GHz, 7.75GB RAM
KTS Version: 1.16
When the issue reported, what I can see (sock:err) from the kts.log. Below is the log.
