Is this a clean install or some "upgrade"?
What OS are you running.
You are geting
2112 : 756 2011- 1-31 15:44:34 603 : 0: can't FindFirstFile
that indicates KTS can not find/access one of the folders
C:\Program Files\KTS\log\active-sessions
C:\Program Files\KTS\log\ip-ban
Either you have some fancy permissions there or the folders are missing
Later it fails to access the terminal.allowed file, the user you use to log in should have read access to that file to run KTS terminal sessions.
Again check file permissions there, and check if the is on the correct place.
