Hi
I installed to my pc xp home edition sp3 the telnet server on this pc it's work if I connect
telnet localhost
but it's not work with the ip of local network
telnet 192.168.1.3
I can't connect from other pc to this telnet server. either if i change the telnet ip to 192.168.1.3
why?
How I make other pc connect to this telnet?
I try telnet 192.168.1.3 from a win xp pro but it can't connect

Check your firewall/antivirus
You should have port 23 open for TELNET -or- port 22 for SSH on the host machine.

I don't have antivirus neither firewell, neither router. I try to connect directly the 2 pc with lan. NOPE. (the connection is correct)
the ip of telnet server is localhost or must be 192.168.1.3??
