How do you do
I download the kpym 1.19a and install it as telnet server.
And Install Tera term as a Client.
When I Input the Japanese in Client. But it Doesn't show anything.
how can I Input the japanese and displays.

I do not know.
I think the input will not work as KTS is missing the key mappings for japanese.
As for the display, this might be possible doing something like this(for cyrilic)

but making the appropriate changes to use japanese code page.
Anyway this is not tested, so this might just not work at all.
