I am trying to use kpym as an SFTP server, I have it setup as follows:
- Active Directory authentication
- Users store seperatley isolated from each other
When I start the transfer all is fine, but after a seemingly random time [anywhere from 10 seconds to 2 minutes] the transfer halts. It does not crash or timeout, it simply stops. I am only able to see this from the software I am using to send the data.
-I have tried the software on 5 different PCs on different networks
-I have tried an alternate peice of software to send the data
-I have tried kpym on 3 different machines
Nothing makes a difference.
However, when I replace kpym with Serv-U and try again, it works perfectly. Is this a setting in the software that I am missing or is it simply that kpym is not built for SFTP and that is why this is happening?

Doest this happen only when you are transfering files, or it hangs when you are browsing your sftp site too?
What is your client software?
Can you have a look at KTS log, is there something?
Can you have a look at the log folder for any errors?

KTS has basic SFTP support, I've been testing this mainly against Putty psftp and FileZilla(also based on Putty psftp). It might or might not work with other SFTP clients.
