Hello,
Is there a way using this service, to limit user access to some folders?
Also, is there a way to preven users from being able to delete files (in other words, so that users can add files but cannot delete files without getting permission or needing a password?)

Use NTFS permissions to set user access rights to the file system.
You can do that using the Windows GUI interface(Right Click>Properties>Security), or the cacls.exe tool for the "home" windows versions
