Have you set up your client to translate the server response to UTF-8 too?

This happens when I run install.bat on some computers. I tried to simply run the generation but file anyway is not created.
Yes, the client (Putty) exhibited charset UTP-8.

hi anyone can help me where the rsa key generated for kpym server? I am trying to do scp copy and using wireshark to analyze packet. but i can not look inside ssh2 but in order to find out why scp is not working, i need to decrypt ssh2 information. thansk.,

I think I found it, i copied to entire installation dir and re-generated the key and diff-d the folders. it appears to be file: rsakey.ky.
