Hello
I've looked all over the net to see a Telnet implementation in .NET C# and have not found a complete solution.
I wanted to know if there is any code documentation beside the code itself to start understanding it and be able to migrate it to c#.
What do you think the effort it would take?
My c++ is rusty. I haven't programmed in it in 8 years.

Nope, just the code

Apart from using few specific WinAPI calls the code is pretty simple and it should be relatively straight forward to migrate it to c#.
