I have same problems than Frank has

My configuration is:
SSH Server v1.17 and OS is WinXP SP3.
But I solved the problem by changing cmd to Far Manager:
;shell_command = "%COMSPEC% /K "scripts\__shell.bat""
shell_command = "C:\WINDOWS\Far\Far.exe"

Would you help me to get to the root of this issue?
