Can't login using ssh |

I'm to ssh from another windows box. I'm using cygwin ssh on the other workstation. I enter the username that I use on the machine running kpym, but when I enter the password it doesn't work.
I have also added the user to the allowed login list but this doesn't help.
The message in the kts-log.txt is as follows:
user not in allowed list
login refused: [ bgpalmer ] - Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
max login attempts

Try to uninstall and then reinstall KTS this will remove any custom parameter settings. Then try to connect to your KTS host. This is just to test if the login problem is not caused by your parameter settings.
If you still cant login check again the log file for any errors and post them here.
You can find here more info on allowed_login_list parameter, generally this is used to restrict access to your KTS host and not to allow/troubleshoot login problems.

What error do you get? Does it say password incorrect or it hangs or something other?
