Thanks for your help on my previous Display issue. Here is my new issue/question: Is there a time parameter that controls a user's connection to the host? We are experiencing "connection is closed" message with the telnet session. Thanks.

You can check the "idle_timeout" parameter in kts.ini file, it is the time in seconds that the user could be "idle" before connection is dropped ( 0 means it is disabled, it is the default ).
Also you can try to disable ( set it to 0 ) "net_check_delay" parameter.
This parameter tells KTS to send "ARE YOU THERE" message in the given interval, thus checking the connection and I think it might cause trouble if the network connection is "unstable".
