Is there a way of using login name/password which
don't exist on the Windows domain?
It seemed one way to accomplish this would be to
rewrite KSession::LogonUser1.
Am i on the right scent here?

If you are running in telnet mode you can use [url=l0c41://www.kpym.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=30]custom login script[/url]
If you run in ssh mode the only way is to hack the code.
And, yes, KSession::LogonUser1 is the right place for this.
Just keep in mind that by default KTS will run under the "Local system" account and this is not a good idea to leave your users' sessions to run in the same context.
