I testing the kpym telnet server to use as part of a data logger emulation system I am developing. To do that I am testing several telnet servers. The Kpym server seems promising but I cannot find a way to turn off sending all those screen control escape codes. Basically, I need a "stream mode". Is there a way to achive that type of mode?

No, there's no "stream mode".
The main goal of KTS project is to give the user access to the host programs without the need of additional configurations/processings.
And that's not possible without the use of esc sequances, because the text flow in windows console is rather unpredictable.
It's not "designed" to work as telnet proxy between two programs.
