Ya, I set up the KpyM thing, and I can connect to the computer in telnet, but it won't accept the password, it says 'login incorrect'. And I know I have the right password.
How do I make a telnet account to use with it?

And I put the service name as 'telnet' but it says 'the specified service doesn't exist' or something.

Uninstall KTS and then install it again, you don't need to change the service name.

You don't need to create telnet account just login using any valid login name and password. If your machine is in domain type the domain name too. Look at the FAQ page on how to type your domain.

You can create create additional account on your computer by the "net.exe user" command.
Take a look at this article for more info on the "net.exe user" command

Check if you don't have another telnet service running on your computer.
KTS does not say this when you connect, it says "KpyM Telnet SSH Service...".
If you have another running telnet service uninstall it and then reinstall KTS.
You can easily check this by uninstalling KTS and then trying to connect to your machine, if you still connect this menas there is some other telnet service running.

No, KTS is not affected by terminal services
