io_timeout param is used internally to mark the time the underlying socket layer should return from read or write operations. The use of this one is rather theoretical. You are not supposed to change this unless you have some strange connectivity problem.
There's no manual so far, I'm thinking of writing one describing at last the basic KTS params but I don't know when I will have enough time and motivation.
You can allways post in the forum(or contact me directly at support@kpym.com), I try to respond to all questions, but sometimes it might take few days if I'm away or too occupied.
