first i go to telnet in my command prompt and then i type o and then my ip (66.188.30.10) and it goes to connect and it says
Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
connection to host lost
but i set up a username and password in the setup kpym telnet ssh server do i have to do something else? please help me

You don't need to set any username/password unless you need some custom login process.
Uninstall KTS then install it again so that you have the default KTS settings and just connect to your computer.
