FRE_IDE:Resource editor for VC Express

I'm playing now with my new project KTS [ Miranda Plugin ] and as it has several dialogs I’ve been looking for a free resource editor that could facilitate dialog development.
Unfortunately, it seems the choice is rather poor. For about a week of searching, I have found only three editors and one of them (I cannot recall its name nor where I found it, it was some time ago) just crashed every time I tried to save a change. Well the other two are XN Resource Editor and Resource Hacker.

XN Resource Editor is a free, powerful, fully featured resource editor and PE module explorer for Windows 98, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. It looks shiny, as an up to date XP application should look and edits all kinds of resources. It is an open source app too.

Resource Hacker is quite famous app. I recall using it a couple of years ago to hack the layout of Miranda dialogs or something. It generally does all the same but has an uglier interface than XN Resource Editor has, and I explain that to myself with the fact that it is no longer developed and the last release is from 24 March 2002. Anyway, for the moment I chose to stay with Resource Hacker because it shows (and can export) the resources as RC script file, which one can easily paste in VC express resource file. And as we all already know the VC express edition comes without built in resource editor.
